2. Failed Orders

If an order cannot be fulfilled:

• The amount will be refunded to your wallet.
• You may use the wallet balance for other services.

3. Duplicate Payments

4. No Chargebacks

Users who initiate payment disputes or chargebacks may have their accounts permanently suspended.
 

5. Wallet Balance

• Is non-transferable
• Cannot be withdrawn
• Can only be used for purchasing services
